Any Experts here?

How do I set up outlook (or maybe Exchange Server) so that
the meeting requests sent automatically appear in calendar
(not accepted, not declined)?

Any expert thought appreciated!

This is an Outlook setting. Here are a couple of
resources for you.

From Microsoft Office 2003 Online
1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click
Calendar Options.
2. Under Advanced options, click Resource Scheduling.
3. Select the Automatically accept meeting requests and
process cancellations check box.
4.You can then select the following options:
Automatically decline conflicting meeting requests
Automatically decline recurring meeting requests

Another good resource is...

Scheduling Resources for Microsoft Outlook

Good luck

Thanks for reply, but the problem is that I don't want the
requests to be automatically ACCEPTED. I want them to be
tentative.

I'm having the same problem with someone at my work. he seems to think it
that it was doing this before and it has stopped doing it. i don't think it
ever actually did it because there is no setting for it. if there is a way of
doing it i would be very happy for the help.
