any check list on what was done in Win XP

We use Windows XP Professiona, Outlook, Outlook Express, Words, Internet
Explorer 6 and Netscape 7 in our office.

Is there a check list on how and where to look at files and records on what
and how each computer has been used?

That is good to know I can set up auditing in XP.

I am more interested to have a check list of traces on files and URLs and
where to look. Is there such check list available?
