when the microsoft spyware is sweeping for spyware you
can't access you hotmail accounts you get a page error
that says ( msn error ) does anyone know of a fix

You can probably fix this by disabling real-time protection via the
"workaround" paragraph in this KB article:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892375 End users may be prompted to allow or
block administrative actions that originate from a central management tool
after they install Windows AntiSpyware (Beta) on a computer that is managed
by Systems Management Server 2003

This is, however a drastic remedy.

As a preference, before doing that, I'd wish for you to try the new .509
build posted February 16th at the download site:
