Everytime MS Antispyware runs on my system, it comemes
with same two threads: IEPlugin and NetworkEssentials.
Subsequent removal is indicated as successful, however
next time, same thing. What might be the problem?

For dealing with the problem at hand, I would try MWA in
Safe mode. If that fails, a Google search indicates that
HiJack this might be the next tool.
