AntiSpyWare can't remember "action"

On XP pro with multiple user login. Whenever login
to "restricted user" right after "Admin User" logoff, the
Antispy s/w warm about switching of Personal Folder and
ask for grant, it should't detect this in the first
place, worst it can't "Remember" even it's ticked, I
guess it's caused by the restriction imposed on the
restricted users.
