Antispyware Beta 1 doesn't allow partial drive scan

In trying to setup a scheduled, partial scan of my C
drive, Antispyware ignores my choice to exclude one
particular folder on the drive. I click on the "Spyware
Scan" button in the top right corner of the window, click
the "Scan Options" arrow, click the folder icon next
to "Scan drive/folders", and click only the C drive
followed by a click to uncheck one of its folders.
Despite, doing this, Anitspyware scans that unchecked
folder anyway.

Am I doing something wrong?

This seems to be a bug, lets hope it gets fixed in the Refresh Update or
Beta 2.
