Anti-Virus

Why does the windows anti-virus keep switching itself
off, it has disabled and I cant switch the darn thing
back on......(I do have my own antivir but they WERE
running together quite smoothly till yesterday....I did
an update.

Hi

Windows doesn't have any anti virus program included with it. It has a
Firewall - is that what you mean?

Navigate to Control Panel --> Security Center. Now turn off the MS
anti-virus monitor feature. As long as you are keeping your 3rd party
anti-virus software updated...you really do not need MS anti-virus monitor
'On'.
