You I.E. Settings was restored, which means you are
returned to a state of intial configurations of I.E. The
whole world knows that you taken to msn.com the first
time you start I.E. Just reset your homepage.

Same thing happened to me the first time I installed it.
I removed the program and reinstalled it the next day. I
found that you need to go into the advanced tools and set
your defaults in the Browser Hijack Restore tool. They
don't make it very clear when you first install the
program. All the defaults are initially set to what IE
originally came with.
