Hi NG,

I seem to have a problem with my outlook express. Better said, I can receive
the Newsgroups but I can not respond. I am sure it is only a setting
somewhere. What are the proper settings please?

You need to have an e-mail account properly set up in OE in order to
reply, as those messages are sent via e-mail not NNTP. Reply group uses
NNTP to send a message back to the originating news server.
