anoying clicking noise cant seem to find the sounds and alerts options explorer

hey not sure if any one can help but I can't seem to get
to a enternet explorer area so i can disable my sounds
for the browser can anyone help? already disabled my
sounds and alerts on the windows area i just need to
disable them on my browser .... pulling my hair out
trying to find it the help area is hmmmm realy no help at
all. help me obwan your my only hope....

In Sounds, scroll down to Windows Explorer.
Set Start Navigation and Complete Navigation to None.
