another warning

Hi All,

I went back into the event viewer and here is another warning message I am
getting. I didn't mention it in my last message but, I am also using office
2003.

Here is the message:
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: EvntAgnt
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1003
Date: 11/8/2009
Time: 8:40:26 AM
User: N/A
Computer: GARYMETZLER
Description:
TraceFileName parameter not located in registry; Default trace file used is
..

I mentioned this in your other post, but maybe it can help with this.
If this just recently happened, and assuming you don't know what happened to
cause this and don't want to spend a bunch of time debugging it, the easiest
solution might be System Restore:

So, can you use System Restore to roll back to the time prior to when this
happened? (if in doubt when, take an earlier point in time) (if you do,
anything you've installed since that time point would have to be
reinstalled, of course)

I tried the kb article but I am still getting an error. Here is the new
error:

I have sql 2005. But, I don't use it. I am using office 2003 if that

Hi John,

Thanks for your suggestions. I un-installed the program but, I still have a
version of it on my computer. I set the services to manual and this seemed
to have done the trick. Thanks again for all your help.
