Another relative has another problem! Argh !

So here it is: he computer is slow so he restores it to the original
state, thereby knocking out the drivers for his hardware, and now he
can't get online (with the Belkin USB wireless adapter he has). So I
try uninstalling the driver software and reinstalling, but I get a
Code 10 error. I had to get the driver online because he misplaced
his CD. What's the likely problem here? TIA.

Download the drivers for the computer from the computer manufacturer's
website. Install them first. Then go to Belkin's website and download the
driver for the wireless adapter. Obviously, your relative will have to
download the drivers to another computer. Transfer them to the machine that
needs the drivers with a flash drive.
