another program is blocking my installation

I am trying to install the spyware but it tells me
another program is being installed. It's a rogue
PhotoGallery program and I can't cancel it or get it off
my screen. Help!!!!

I suspect this is a run-of-the-mill bug, rather than an issue with a rogue
program of some sort.

here's what will probably work:

If this program is not one you recognize or know the source of, you can
download Microsoft's Windows Installer cleanup application, find this app in
the listing, and remove the remnants of it, thus fixing the issue for you:

If this were a recognizable program you knew where to find the source of, I
would advise installing or reinstalling it.

This is an Installer snafu, not a malware problem.

HELP with PhotoGallery Problem

I'm having the same problem with the mystery "PhotoGallery" program trying to load constantly. Please help if you have any insight or advice.
