Another problem with Outlook Express

I have XP professional.
When my Curser goes to messages from Motley Fool, Outlook Express inbox,
everything freezes. Eventually the message, " programme not responding" is
shown. All other emails open OK.
I also use AVG70 anti virus and a Complete registry cleaner. Which indicates
a Backdoor Trojan Horse, with 7 files corrupted, but which they cannot remove.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Move all messages except from Motley Fool out of the Inbox.
Close OE.
Do a search for inbox.dbx. Include hidden files in the search.
Delete inbox.dbx.
Restart OE.

Go to View | Layout and turn off the Preview Pane. Then you should be able
to delete the messages.
