another OE to WM question

I have read the previous questions, yet none of the solutions are helping. I
have tried importing the contacts and the dialog box says it worked, but it
didn't. Is there ANY way to import the email addresses? I no longer have OE
on my computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you no longer have OE, then what do you have?
How are your addresses from OE stored?

It's stored as a .WAB file. I know you can import them in this format, and it
says that it worked, but it isn't actually importing them. When I installed
Vista OE disappeared.
