another hijacked computer

A search engine has hijacked my computer as well! I don't
know where it came from, and I have no idea how to get rid
of it. Can anyone help me? please?
the search engine that's "harassing" me is Overture, and
this "Domain Lander Page" thing is extremely frustrating.

Try downloading Spybot: Search & Destroy..I'ts a great
freeware piece of software that crushes items like this
on your system..

Install either but both are not necessary, reboot, read FAQ and overview, use
