another event log error message

This is another event log error message I can't figure out. Does anyone know
what I need to do in order to fix this?

Description:
Catalog Database (772) The database page read from the file
"C:\WINDOWS\System32\CatRoot2\{F750E6C3-38EE-11D1-85E5-00C04FC295EE}\catdb"
at offset 1716224 (0x00000000001a3000) for 4096 (0x00001000) bytes failed
verification due to a page checksum mismatch. The expected checksum was
1934201665 (0x73499341) and the actual checksum was 1934201664 (0x73499340).
The read operation will fail with error -1018 (0xfffffc06). If this
condition persists then please restore the database from a previous backup.
