annoying toolbar

i have a toolbar called 'vqueeabrlyt' that i cant get rid
of, its is very annoying and has put websites i have
never heard of and viewed into my tools menu in internet
explorer. i would be very grateful if anyone can suggest
a FREE way of getting rid of this.
