There is always a pop-up internet explorer popping up at an interval time
whenever i was doing document or playing game. I was kicked out to the
desktop when i was playing game and when i pressed the ALT+TAB i could see
that there is an internet explorer in the list. This internet explorer did
not open up, and after a while the internet explorer disappear from the
ALT+TAB list. Because this internet explorer did not open up so i do not know
this belong to which website or which application. This is very annoying
especially when i was playing game.

I already had anti-spyware and norton internet security.

Try internet options,delete cookies,delete files,then open settings,view
objects,review each,chk properties for each,if it doesnt belong,delete it.

I had did what Andrew E. had said.

These are the object i found inside:
Java Runtime Environment 1.5.0
Java Runtime Environment 1.5.0
Shockwave Flash Object
Symantec Antivirus scanner
Symantec RuFSI Utility class

I suspect that it is the Shockwave Flash Object that is the culprit. I had
successfully deleted it and run my application. The application run prefectly
all right with no pop up IE for a longer time than before. After some time,
the pop up IE appeared and when I check the object list . The ShockwaveFlash
is there again. It had installed itself into my computer. I had uninstall the
Shockwave Flash program

I have the same problem and there are no objects in the list which
were added / created when the problem started a week ago. They also
seem like items that I approved at one time. I'm also running MS
anti-spyware and Norton AV and have tried to run AdAware and SpyBot
but they don't find anything bad to remove. Checked also in the
registry for Run and RunOnce etc. but nothing seems out of place...
but RunDLL32 runs at starup but it doesn't help when I delete it.
Need major help here please

Thank you for your reply. there are a number of solution but can you tell me
which is the correct one??

Hi,

Here is the relevant section:

Managing Plug-ins:
Errors when opening Internet Explorer are often caused by malevolent or
damaged plug-ins. These are small program files downloaded to support some
features in web pages. To fix it, you must first log into the account
experiencing the trouble. Then in the Control Panel under Internet Options,
click on the programs tab, then on the button to manage add-ons.

Click on each non-microsoft plug-in and then disable it on the lower left.
Repeat for the entire list, then apply/ok your way back out and reboot the
system. Log back into this account and see if you can now open IE without
any error messages.

If successful, you can slowly reenable the plugins a few at a time to
isolate which one is causing the problem. Leave the problematic one
disabled, or delete it from the C:\Windows\downloaded program files folder.

Thanks for your reply. In fact, i had disable all my add-on but still cannot
work..

Do you have any other solution??

Thanks, have a nice day and merry christmas..

you can use Spybot Search & Destroy to view what programs are loading a
startup,
BHO's which load with IE and sometimes with explorer,
and to view running processes and what child processes they are loading
(mostly dll's)

You can also use Sysinternal's File Monitor to find out which process is
creating the popups.
Then use Sysinteral's Registry Monitor to see if that process is making or
maintaining any
malicious changes to your registry.

Once you have written all that info down, you can use Spybot to kill the
process,
then use File Monitor to see if another process reloads it, and kill it.

Then browse your startup items in Spybot to findout how the process is being
loaded and delete the entry.

Once you have isolated the process(es) responsible, you can post in here for
advice
on removing the infection and correcting any registry entries you tracked it
using or monitoring.
