Annoying Office Clipboard

C

Craig Williams

After doing several Copy and Paste operations, this annoying Office
Clipboard window pops up on the right hand side of my display. I'm trying
to find a way to kill it, just as I killed the cute little Office Helper
that MS thought I needed. I see that I can turn it off from the Edit
options, but it comes back (after the next reboot, as near as I can tell).

This is my work PC, which means the IS staff has it "locked down" (i.e., I'm
very limited in making any changes to the setup or the registry). Our IS
staff doesn't know how to get rid of the Clipboard, either.

Suggestions? Even if I can't do it here, I can fix my home PC.

Perhaps I should have posted this in an Office group. Pardon me for
mis-posting.

No pardon needed. :)

MS Word? What version?

On the Office Clipboard task pane, click Options.
