Annoying Message shows

When I send a email I get this message [A programme is trying to
automatically send e-mail on your behalf]
How can I stop this?

Have you installed any addins that might be triggering Outlook's security
features?

Actually I notice now when I check my emails and post here its taking about
30 sec for anything to happen , It used to refresh straight away now I am
waiting for it..Thanks Bob
