Annoying Message comes up!

After I start up my computer, I get the message:

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into
drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR3.
Cancel Try again Continue

I click on Continue a few times & it goes away. How can I
get rid of it permanently?
