annoying folders

hi guys

when i click on my c drive
i got folders lots of them with names like this:

bb1c44e7d20a8d7c5f3a3b7a

it is soo anoyng
i aint deleted ne of them yet
but i want to badly

what are they?temp files?

can i delete them?

inside each folder is some wordpad document
some bs in there lol

I've got one on my laptop - reading the notepad inside it seems like its from a Windows update/installer - as its just a notepad file I've just deleted it

Yup, it's for Windows Update - I clear them out every so often too and it has done no harm
