Annoying flicker with MSAccess2003

I have a database which contains a number of textboxes on a form. When the
database is opened in MSAccess2003 and the mouse is moved over the textboxes
there is an annoying flicker of the boxes. When the same database is opened
in MSAccessXP or MSAccess2000 then there is no flicker. The same occurs
exactly for another completely different database.

Has anyone come across this before and is there a known solution?

Thanks for your response Joan.
When I read it I thought "What do you mean textboxes or labels?"
But of course this made me look at the problem in a much deeper way. What
seems to be happening is that when the mouse is moved quickly over labels
then the contents of any textboxes will shudder. If the textboxes are empty
then the shudder cannot be seen. The shudder does not occur if the mouse
pointer is waved over the textboxes.
