When starting up my computer the first thing I see is a
pop up message that says;
Copy Windows cannot find copy make sure you typed name
correctly and try again. To search for a file, click
start button and then click search.

How do I get this to go away?

I tried editing the registry, msconfig. No luck.

Matthew, go to Start>Run type: sysedit Take a look there for any
entries.

Thanks for the tip... Unfortunately this didn't work. Sysedit has no
entries for "Copy" and everything in there seems normal. Some other
posts seem to be linking this towards a possible windows update,
although I haven't updated in over a month. Finally, I see some
entires relating this to a Trojan Horse names "Downloader" that
effects the Host files. This also is not the case. Any help is much
appreciated. Thank you.
