I'd love to be able to scribble a note (or stick a post-it note) on an email
I've received, to remind me why I saved it or what I need to do with it.

Can't find a way to do that in Outlook 2007. Is there something I'm missing?

Or is there a good add-on out there to accomplish this?

Click Follow-up, Custom. In the Flag-To textbox you can enter a short
message, which will be shown above the Subject.
