I have a clip art clip that I animated with one scheme.....how do I get the
same clip to do another scheme right after
 
Animated with Custom Animation or the Animation Scheme? If you are referring
to the animation scheme, remove that and use Custom Animation (Go to Slide
Show > Custom Animation) instead.

Then, add an effect of your choice. Double click on the added effect, go to
Timing and set it to Repeat again.
