Animated GIF insert - Reference file missing?

I found some interesting code on xcelfiles.com for inserting animated
gifs in your worksheet. It looks like the "webBrowser" control is part
of the F3Dynamic.dll library. I tried to add this to my workbook but I
don't see it. I am missing something?

Never mind. I got it working. I had to include the SHDocVW.dll and
pick the Microsoft Web Browser Control.
