When I put an animated gif in a shared border and then view the page in the web browser, the gif is no longer animated. HELP!?!

give us a link to this page.
an animated gif is an animated gif. right click it in the page that
dictates the shared border content, then chose picture properties. look
around in the picture properties dialog box and see if anything is amiss.

setting for "loop indefinitely". maybe in the video properties of the
picture property dialog box.
