Animated .gif as Signature

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to use an animated .gif as a signature in Windows Mail. I have
followed all steps from the tutorial at this webpage.

But to no avail. I keep getting the message that the picture cannot be
found.
Any suggestions?

Make sure that you have "Send pictures with message Selected"
under>Tools>Options>Send>Mail sending format>HTML Settings.
