Animate clip art

How do you animate clip art that was downloaded from Office Online and pasted
onto an email message? The clip's Properties demonstrate the animation
available, but it will not animate on the message.
 
It is normal for them not to animate.

If your e-mail client supports HTM-embedded messages (eg Hotmail, Yahoo Mail
etc) and you are sure that the correct path / address to the GIF image is
supplied, then I am sure that the GIF animation will animate on the
recipient's screen.
