Analog capture with sony cam

I have a Dell 3.2ghz desktop with XP SP2, 1GB ram, GEForce pci-express card
and a Pinnacle 510 USB. MM freezes up after I start capture. I've got RCA
sound and video into the 510 and USB cable to the computer. Deveice manager
shows the 510 driver and no conflicts. Any ideas are appreciated.

Movie Maker is good for DV capture by firewire.... for USB captures, you're
better off using something like Pinnacle Studio, and converting the files as
needed if you want to use them in Movie Maker.
