An interesting problem???

Need help from a real Outlook guru. Problem: after testing
several outlook add-ons my user cannot start the outlook
import/export wizard because that option is dimmed(grayed
out) under the file menu. Interestingly, whenever another
user accesses outlook on that machine, the import/export
wizard option is available. It appears that all the
Outlook system files are OK but something is wrong from
the user configuration side. Ideas anyone? Any help
greatly appreciated.
 
Have you tried uninstalling the Outlook add-ins the user was testing?
