An icon collector & viewer (similar to Picasa or MediaMonkey, but working on icons)

I need an icon viewer (like MediaMonkey does for music files or Picasa
for images) which could mantain a unique collection of icons derived
from files & folders of my hd, also extracting icons from .dll & and
..exe.
