An Arabic option for translating texts

Arabic is a major language and their should be an option to translate texts
into Arabic for the many Arabic-speaking people out there who use Microsoft
Word on a daily basis.

Perhaps there should be, but I'm not quite sure what this has to do with
Microsoft Access.
