"An application change has been allowed"

G

Grumpo

I periodically get a message popping up from the lower
right corner which states:"An application change has been
allowed
Microsoft AntiSpyware has blocked the Internet Explorer Bar
Microsoft Windows Shell Common Dll(shell32.dll)from being
installed. File Path: C:\windows\system32\shell.dll
This program is known to be spyware free."
Is something wrong & if there is what should be done? I'm
guessing I have a software issue with one of the other
spyware programs I'm running or another SP2 issue.

Getting this same message

I'm getting this same message. It does not seem good but I don't know how to remove it.
