Amount of Icons in Systemtray changes.

Every time I (re)boot, the amount of icons in my system tray can be changed
as well as the setting of "cleaning least used progs." In Taskmanager and
Winpatrol Pro the services are mentioned as loaded, tho. As it is irritating,
my main concern is: can it be the omen of more serious trouble?

(I changed logon in several ways: with/without logon screen, logon screen
with/without user/guest/administrator.)
