I'm sure it's something I overlooked, BUT,,

Whenever the PC starts or restarts, it comes on logged in as administrator,
no passwords needed. Once I log off Admin, then the login screen comes on to
log on properly. ???

Go to start/run, and type 'control userpasswords2' , check the password option, apply.

I have the same problem. I have to click on user name when I turn on my
computer every time. I did not have to until sometime a few months ago. I
tried what you said above and it did not change anything. I am still logging
in as admin with no password necessary. Is this something to do with a
network I attempted to set up? I cannot use the network but I still have to
do the extra step to start up my computer.

I am open to any and all other suggestions.

Bobbie
