Always show

In the tray where running program icons are shown, XP can hide unused ones
and be set to ALWAYS SHOW ones that you don't want to drop under the radar.

So, I have my virus scanner and other programs set to ALWAYS SHOW. I also
have a UPS status checking program that I have, for ages, set to ALWAYS SHOW
but upon reboot, reverts to Hide when inactive for some reason. I thought it
may be a lot of things and someone told me about BAGSMRU and where to
download the registry file to fix that. So, did that, added it to registry
and absolutely no change.

Has anyone any idea how to make an ALWAYS SHOW stick to that please? Thanks.
