Always Round Down

Hi All,

I have a formula in a query that calculates commission. The formula works
great however, when there are 3 numbers after the decimal place, in need this
number to round down. e.g. $1546.637 needs to round down to $1546.63

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please!
