Always load Roaming profile

We have desktop and laptops. We want to setup our mobile users only with
laptops, but some do want a desktop at the office.
This does create a issue with roaming profiles. I did found a policy
"Timeout for dialog boxes" to get rid of the warnings with local and roming
profiles.
The only thing i did not solved is the default profile to load when you get
the warning " Your local profile is newer than your Roaming profile. Do you
want to load your local profile".
The timer on this dialog box is going to be set to 0 through grouppolicy's.
But the default setting on this dialog box is to load the local profiles. How
can i default load the roaming profile.

I tend to change "roaming" to "local" on laptops after the user has logged
in once, unless there's some compelling reason to keep them roaming.
I suggest you post in an AD/Group Policy group for more advice - you want to
do something with group policies & I'd put the laptops in a dedicated OU.
