Always get "error on Page" when Javascript should run!

HELP! Why do I always get "error on Page" when Javascript should run? It's getting frustrating! I attmepted to print out my tax for (e-filed by H&R Block, online) and could NOT, due to Javascript NOT running? Can somebody please tell me what may be wrong?

You checked security permissions - perhaps lowering them - under
TOOLS|OPTIONS|SECURITY tab?
