Always check disk on startup

My windows 2000 always checked disk on startup, actually I never shutdown
improperly. Sometimes it will popup a prompt window saying that need to
reinstall wifeman.dll - what is this?

It sounds like your disk might be beginning to have problems. Try running a
diagnostic program on the disk to see if there are any apparent problems.
