ICan't get Altnet out o my registry i'm using microsoft
anti spyware,no adaware,adware. spybot s&d,even McAfee
antivirus.. is there anything else i can throw at altnet
in order to remove it ?

Hi Paulo:

First, send a spyware report to MS about the item(s): A)
Open up AntiSpyware, B) Click Tools at the top, C)
Click "Submit a Suspected Spyware Report".

Altnet can be a real problem to remove as it messes with
the permissions in the registry. You have to change the
permissions so you can delete it manually.
