Alternative to Netware Messaging in Windows Server

Does Windows Server come with a system like Netware messaging? We are
migrating to Windows Server but we want to keep the functionality of Netware
Messaging.

"Messaging" like what? You can install GroupWise or NetMail on Windows
servers if you want.
