Alternate row color on a form access 2007

I Create a split form and I would like change some foromanting:
1. change the alternate color
2. Change the font and the size

i presume you are using datasheet view and to put it simply you cannot
change the formatting of datasheet view you have to use form view then
you can set up a continious form or soemthign and place your colours
in there

I'm using split form and I thin in this type form the rows are setup as
datasheet.
However I can change the row table colors, font and size from tools\options.

But this change doesn’t reflect on split form.

Do you know if programmatically is it possible to change the row colors in a
split form or datasheet form?
