Altered IE 6 logo

Every IE 6 window I open has a strange logo in the upper LEFT corner. It
looks like two chain links hooked together.

If you watch carefully, the normal "e" logo is displayed first, then
overwritten with the chain link logo.

I checked the Windows REgistry and no Window Title key is defined.

Any ideas?

Logos have nothing to do with "Windows Title"
