alt text on an interactive button

Is there any way to change alt text on an interactive button, or is there
even that option? What I'm finding is that I have 20 or more "Order" alt
texts when I analyze my meta tags. I would like the buttons to read order but
I don't want the search engines to see order repeted 20 or more times. It
would be great if I could put alt text in a button but I sure can't figure it
out.
