ALT+Tab key not moving through open windows

In Windows XP - pressing on Alt + Tab will not allow
moving from one open window to another. Is there a way to
able this function again? (We are not using an on-screen
keyboard)

Not sure why your alt tab isn't working, but this may help. If you have a
microsoft intellimouse, download and install intellimouse 5 and then use it
to set the scroll wheel to act just like alt-tab. Clicking it tabs thru your
active windows. Once I got used to it, I never use alt-tab anymore.
