Alt-Tab for Sheets?

Hi,

Would like to know if there is a shortcut to change the active sheet from
Sheet X to Sheet Y of the same workbook? Just like Alt-Tab alike. Thanks.

Control and Page Up or Page Down

Ctrl+Page Down and Ctrl+Page Up will move one sheet at a time to the right
and to the left.
